How can I change the delivery format I get messages in?

If you are a member of a space then you can choose what format you wish to receive discussion message email in. Three formats are available:

• Enhanced - these are HTML messages that as well as containing the text of the message also contain handy links to tags, threads and other information in the space.
• Original - these are messages in the original format that they were sent in to the system.
• Plain text - these are messages that have all been converted to just plain text - no HTML or extra links.

To change the format click on the drop-down menu button at the top right of the screen next to your name, select the My preferences menu item and then the Discussion email option.

From this page you can also choose how you want to receive email from each space - if you want to receive email at all - and whether you want attachments to be sent to you.
