Jiglu has the ability for members of blogs and spaces to report inappropriate content to moderators by selecting a Flag button under a blog comment, discussion message or knowledge entry.
If you do not need this facility in a space then in the group go to Settings, choose the Privacy and flagging category and then change the Allow contribution flagging option to either Yes or No depending on which you want.
System administrators can also turn this off by default for all groups by going to the system settings, choosing the Group defaults category and then the Privacy and flagging category.
