How do I send a message by email to a space?

As well as contributing discussion messages to a space using the website you can also send them in by email.

  • To start a new thread, send it in to the email address of the space. You can find the address on the space homepage in the Contribute section or use the link on the discussion message and knowledge entry index pages in the Actions section.
  • To add a new message to a thread, simply use Reply all (or similar) in your email client.
