Stopping Auto Reply Messages
Some auto-responders seem to enjoy sending out of office or vacation messages back to the list, over and over again, much to the annoyance of other list users. We, in common with other mailing list and group services, conform to RFC 3834 (http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc3834.html), which specifies amongst other things that auto-responders should identify list posts, and discard them, and also identify the messages they send out as autogenerated. |

How can I get a full Atom feed?
By default, any Atom feed from your space will give you the headlines, not the full contents. To get that, you need to add ?content=original after the +atom in the feed URL. |

Can I start/link to a Knowledge wiki entry from an e-mail?
Now, even I was surprised we do this. Let's say you're typing an e-mail about the meeting minutes from the 29th, and you know that you want to type them up in Jiglu, or even better, get someone else to do it. Dead easy. |

Why have you rated my space 18+?
We are widely used by teachers and students as an educational tool, and so it is important that what is publicly visible is appropriate to all audiences. If a space name or description doesn't meet these criteria, then we will manually change its rating to 18+. Also, no-one under the age of 18 can join. Of course, there is an appeal to .... |
