Can I manually tag entries?
Yes. If you have previously manually tagged entries on your blog then Jiglu should pick them up and use them alongside your automatically-generated tags. |

How many widgets are there?
There is now just one Jiglu widget. Previously we had three, but now we've merged the functionality of the 'new tags' and 'tag map' widgets into our single Jiglu Widget. |

Will this produce Technorati tags?
No. Because of the way we produce tags on your blog using a JavaScript widget, Technorati does not spider them at the present time. |

Are you just another widget company?
Jiglu is much more than just a widget company. The widget represents a window into the results the system is producing. |

There's no tags showing in the widget.

Can you tag a MySpace blog?
Well, sorta.... MySpace is not very widget friendly at the moment, but there is a workaround. We can take a feed of new tags rom your blog, process it, and then let you serve it back to your home page using a third party provider. Not perfect, but the best we can do for the moment! |

Do you use this yourselves?
Indeed we do. However, the tagging technology is embedded into our blog, rather than having it on the side as a widget. If you'd prefer to use Jiglu to blog, and get the added advantage of a built in feed reader and discussion group, then sign up at http://www.jigluhood. |

I can't install the widget on Wordpress.com
Wordpress.com is a closed platform. We've submitted a request to become a supported widget, and you can add your weight by asking too... Go here to find out how. We fully support Wordpress widgets, so if you have your own installation, you can use Jiglu. |

Do you support Vox?
Or more to the point, does Vox support us? It seems that while you can embed widgets in Vox, it puts them in a little container, which means that to our system, they seem to be on a different page than your blog. Also, when you click on one of the links, it tries to open a big page in a small window. Blogger supports our widget! |

Can I tag all of my blogs together?
Yes, if you have a few blogs, and want to cross tag them, you can do this from your home page. Just click "add a new site", and follow the instructions. This way, you can drive people from one of your blogs, to another, and back again! |

Can I tag anyone's pages?

Is this limited to blogs? What about my wiki or web site?
We have concentrated on blogs so far, but the underlying technology will work on any text-based web content. Pretty soon, we will be officially supporting wiki and other web sources, which will enable you to link disparate silos of information. |

Will this screw up my blog/site?
No, we don't touch the content at all, even though we are able to deeply embed links in your site. |

It's not working!
We promise that the service really does work. It doesn't mean that from time to time things don't get thrown at us that produce strange results. Or none at all. Take a look at the other FAQ, and see if it matches your problem. |

I can't see my widget.
Hopefully, if you follow our instructions carefully, you should see a widget on every page of your blog. It's important to remember that you need the basic widget on every page that you want us to tag. |
