Dear Mailspaces Support, As a French-based group http:/​/​www.mailspaces.com/​spaces/​lvef/​ we frequently need to use accented characters.

Thanks very much for passing on the information – we're now investigating further. One system which does unfortunately have problems with utf-8 messages is Hotmail.
