 I tried the tool. Got this black rectangle and gave up. I haven't any idea how to proceed. I think you're going to need something a lot easier for this gal.

 I'm sorry to say I'm on the other end of the scale Nigel. I don't like the newer tool. I can only download 2500 messages at a time.
