Stopping Auto Reply Messages

Some auto-responders seem to enjoy sending out of office or vacation messages back to the list, over and over again, much to the annoyance of other list users.

We, in common with other mailing list and group services, conform to RFC 3834 (http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc3834.html), which specifies amongst other things that auto-responders should identify list posts, and discard them, and also identify the messages they send out as autogenerated.  That means we can detect properly formatted out of office replies.
