Why am I not getting any e-mail from you?

Periodically, we may end up on someone's Black List - Not because we are spammers, but because, from time to time, people use an "@jiglu.com" address when they are spamming - Worse still, they sometimes even forge headers to make it look like we are sending these messages from our server

Jiglu.com is an opt-in service, which means that it cannot be used to send e-mail to random people

In Sept 2006, for example, we had problems with a spammer sending a large quantity of e-mail with a fake address "@mailspaces.com" (our old name). It didn't go through our system - the spammer just tried to pretend that it did. Unfortunately, this resulted in Symantec Brightmail adding us to a list of domain names their customers shouldn't accept messages from and Hotmail is one of those customers, so that's a big deal for us.

It always takes a few days to get things sorted out, so please let us know if you think you should be getting mail, and you're not

Also, it's always worth checking your own Junk Mail or Spam filter, just in case it has got stuck there
