How can I get help on using the system?

We have extensive context sensitive help documentation built in to the system:

The first is a "hover" tooltip. Just leave your mouse over the heading of the item you need help with, and a brief caption appears.

For more detailed help, click the Help tab at the right hand side of the toolbar. This is context sensitive, so will try to help you at whatever point you find yourself in the system.
