Not the space owner?

I created a space and wanted to change some of the settings (for example, changing from Private to Public).

I have a link on my homepage view of my space, in the checklist of things I can do, that says something like "Control who can join and post in your space" or something like that. But when I click it, I get this message:

 "Sorry, but you are not authorised to view that resource. If you feel this is incorrect, please contact the owner of the space or the system administrator."

I thought I *was* the owner of the space...? When I click Settings it looks like I don't have all the permissions described in the list in Help. But I don't know why-- if I'm not the space owner, then who is?

You are the space owner but there's something different about your space that is currently preventing that settings page from being shown. We're investigating why and hope to have it sorted shortly.
