Very true. Jiglu has two halves. Its community service (now found at http://www.jigluhood.com), and the tagging/linking/indexing service you refer to, which falls under the main http://jiglu.com site.

If you have tagged your blog, you can start a discussion group with Jiglu (see the "Talk and share" link) at the bottom of your home page. It is also possible to link your tagged blog to a discussion group as well, to have your discussion messages cross linked with your blog entries.
