The short answer is yes. It's either a bug, or she may not have properly finished her registration, but in either case, we've got it wrong somehow. We've not seen this before, so if it happens again, could you not approve that member and let us know, so we can investigate.

But you should find in general that they appear as a task

Also, sometimes emails get queued for me to approve or reject. It seems
to
be on emails with, perhaps, 10 or so cc's. If it's based on the number
of
cc's I think the setting is too low, especially since have had to join
the
group to email to it in the first place.

Indeed, by default, once you hit the 10cc limit, it goes to moderation. I can't answer the question as to why we do it that way (pay grades and all that), but I do know how to change it. Go to Settings -> Permissions -> Workflow. Half way down, you'll see "Action to take when too many recipients:" Set it to Ignore

A couple of other things.

First, we do the next upgrade this weekend. Because of the back-end work, we are going to be offline for about 24 hours, but we hope it's worth it.

On an unrelated topic, I discovered the other day that you can start, reference or edit a discussion message direct from an e-mail like this just by putting two sets of [ ] at each side of the link.
